Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
